Lighting Crew - On Call

Duties:
This is an on call position setting up and operating lights for events on campus. Specific duties include hanging truss and providing other rigging. Setting up staging as required. Hanging, cabling, focusing, and programming lighting for events. Operating follow spots. Working safely in a quick but neat and workman like manner. Lighting crew also clean and repair the lighting systems and equipment on campus. Advancement opportunities are available for those who excel.
Requirements:
Candidate must have strong previous theatrical or entertainment lighting experience. Please do not apply if you don't have experience. Be available to work nights and weekends. Be able to lift 50# and work safely at heights in excess of 30’ above the ground. Be able to follow directions and work independently.
